Concerning the availability of the article, it is generally indicated on our site: either it is "in stock" and available immediately", or "dispatched within XX days" in which case there is a little more waiting. Occasionally, a product is being restocked, in which case the lead time may be extended. In such a case, don't hesitate to contact our customer service department by e-mail at [email protected], who will be happy to answer you. Concerning the weight of the parcel, I'll pass on the information: indeed, a simple letter could have sufficed. Finally, concerning the choice of Mondial Relais, we can't do anything about it: it's a problem that concerns Mondial Relais and one of its relays that must have been saturated or closed, which forced you to change the address.
