So far I have received 3 out of 5 items that were ordered a voucher and credit note. I have sent an email however no response yet. Collector's items has arrived in less than mint packaging so generally unhappy and unimpressed. How can a pre order item be awaiting a restock? Don't write cheques you can't cash!
