missing the black color but 2 pots of yellow? many parts twisted because the plates are loose and not separated from 1carton or other I point out that there is no yellow apart from the headlight tube of glue too small.

Fast and efficient. No worries, order conforms and cleanly packed. One small downside, the deliveryman took no precautions with the package. If there had been fragile parts inside, I wonder what state the parcel would have been in... But that's not your fault.

Ordered paint specifically as the web site (and my order details) stated it was in stock. Two weeks after order I enquired about the delay, an update was told 1001Hobbies was still getting some paint from their supplier (I.e. not “in stock”). Three weeks after order I requested a refund as there was no progress, but was told that a refund was not possible as my order was now being compiled. Order was finally delivered more than 4 weeks after the order was made (and after I had given up waiting and purchased the paint from elsewhere.). I was not impressed!
