Extremely disappointed. Ordered ten days before Christmas, I paid the full price to have the guarantee of receiving my package in time .... but Chronopost decided to return the package to sender for no reason!
So I called 1001hobbies, who offered to return the parcel to me as soon as they received it... I finally received my parcel, more than 3 weeks late, but above all with the model without the starter kit initially requested.
There was no commercial gesture, and I had to ask again and again to be reimbursed at least the difference in price between the model initially ordered and the one finally received!

I still have not received my order of 29 /12. Everything was available except for one product available in 2-4 weeks. Not even sent in 2 packages. I sent an email recently and as luck would have it, they sent part of the order after 3 weeks of waiting. Dissatisfied. But delays can happen in these times. Next time I'll go to a physical store...

I had tried to get this product for over a year from the usual sources and none of them could supply it. I found 1001hobbies on the internet and they showed stock availability so I placed an order. Imagine my surprise when it arrived from Paris! It took awhile to ship by I had already waited a year on backorder with a domestic supplier, so it was like a rush order to me!

Hello ,Bravo 1001 Hobbies, very good to order 03/01 ,tracking and delivery very fast 07/01 + a very nice catalog . The model of the Mount Washington seems to be of very good quality, it is my first and I think I have really lacked modesty, especially since the " 50 pages "notice is in English. For the rest, passion and patience are not lacking. I'm thinking of a simpler R C model to get the hang of it;
