Navigation on the website is not the easiest or the most intuitive but I manage to get where I want to go.
I was never able to complete my order because the website would never properly process my payment method. I tried getting help from their helpline but I ran into the same issues. They claimed that my payment method was at fault…mmm, I used the same payment method at a competitor and had no issues what so ever. I would still like to shop 1001 hobbies but not for awhile. They have to figure this stuff out, and the excuse of there being a shortage of workers, seems sketchy. As I explained to the help desk person whom I was in contact with, the system was such a mess that I wasn’t even sure he/she was legitimate therefore I wasn’t going to risk giving them my financial information.
