Ordered a model for Christmas - It's nearly February and nothing. The Hermes tracking number says 'awaiting dispatch' and the 1001 website says 'on its way'. Have twice tried to cancel the order but nothing so have raised a disputed transaction with my Bank - regretting getting sucked in by their low price and should have realised when the payment went to an overseas company. I would advise extreme caution dealing with this company.

Friendly contact, fast delivery - everything to be pleased about! A very nice gesture on their part: a first parcel lost in the busy run-up to Christmas. Unsuccessful search with the carrier. 100 maquettes offered to recompose the parcel and send it again. I accept and ask them to enclose an invoice, as it's the carrier's responsibility, not theirs, to deal with the loss. To my surprise, the new parcel arrived with an invoice for zero Euros, including postage.
