I booked a product well before Christmas..7.12.20. It was in stock! I then received an email about to be delivered with tracking not available for 48 hours on 18.12.20which never got beyond expecting..then suddenly after Christmas another email saying was delivered 29th December. Will never use this company again. Very very disappointed. All communications when I could get them in French.

On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database.
