Precise punctual and professional

6 days ago l wrote a review under the title of ""1001 sucks."" On 7/23 l received an email advising me that my items had shipped and l would receive them in a few days. Well its now 7/27 and l have received nothing. I checked their sometimes working tracking site and it's difficult to understand because its all in French. I guess they don't understand that not everybody speaks French. As of today the tracking icon that shows you where the item is indicates that it is nowhere near being delivered. I don't even think it's reached the U.S. It seems they sent it via a raft. I don't expect it for at least another week. I noticed that while looking at other reviews the company only responds to positive reviews and publicly thanks those reviewers. However they don't respond to negative reviews. I guess it's against their policies to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes. After my experience with this company l will never order from them again. I recommend you don't either. If you do it's at your own risk. You've been warned.

It's easy to give 5 stars when everything's going well, but it's a different story when things start going badly, and indeed at the beginning it wasn't easy - I'll skip all the details - but right from the start I had a problem with a customer support person, and if today I'm still giving 5 stars it's precisely because it's when things go badly that you can see how a company treats its customers, and at 1001hobbies (1001maquettes) they know how to handle disputes. I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

Prompt delivery, real value for money as the model I received was better than expected.
