got a refund from this company (based in France not the UK) due to delays on delivering a birthday present which was ordered 2 weeks in advance of the birthday. To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.
