I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. Be careful when ordering from this supplier as the delivery dates are very excessive (currently in excess of 6 weeks) and communication is poor. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and the request is being ignored. There is no way to contact them other than by email as the phone is either off or straight to answer an machine.

Claim to be a English company but in fact its based abroad.. I cant stress enough how dodgy that is.. Also you can try ring the uk number but it never gets answer. Pitiful really. I can understand how they are only 3 star.. Stick to proper uk based hobby sellers you wont go far wrong there.
