Taking advantage of my free time with my seven year old boy I recovered one of my "jewels", my collection of soldiers and figurines (more than 60 boxes) from when I was a child and teenager fond of models. Recently it was his birthday and I decided to give him a surprise. Within a week I have received the four boxes I requested in perfect condition. Since the confinement is getting longer, I will order again in the next few weeks.

The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. I sent them an e-mail to complain about a bag of parts missing from the Concorde model box. No more response than when I asked about the status of the order.
