The order took about twenty days to arrive. Okay, it was covid19's fault. But they don't reply to the emails we send them, even though their answering machine promises very quick replies. I sent them an e-mail to complain about a bag of parts missing from the Concorde model box. No more response than when I asked about the status of the order. Couldn't track my order on the website or get in contact to find out what was happening, went onto Facebook and saw lots of people hadn't received their goods and got worried, almost 2 weeks before I received my goods so very expensive delivery charges in my opinion.
