I ordered the incorrect product and the address they had on file was not correct, as I moved and didn't provide the updated info They ended up sending me another correct product and didn't charge me for it!! That is almost unheard of, and shows great service. While I look for items here in the US, I will contact 1001 Modelkits first before anyone else. Awesome service

3 orders 3 tests... Systematic stock errors with products that are supposed to be available and in the end have to be ordered. A designation error on the site and long delivery times....very long...(3-4 weeks...). Certainly some choice in the window... Reasonable shipping costs... But I'll be looking elsewhere for my next orders.
