Wonderful my purchase and service...only flaw I found myself bad with the sda shipping service when the package arrived in Italy as I had to pick up the package at headquarters because it was not' delivered to my home and they were going to send it back to the sender...for the rest 1001 models I highly recommend it goods arrived on time and perfect packaging too..????

My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. I reread everything several times, but at no point did it say that I also had to buy the shroud wires, and there was no indication of exactly which paint to use (reference number, etc.). So I took the ones that were just recommended and I was missing 4 more than expected, so I had to place a new order! What's more, the site bugs a lot and my second order still hasn't arrived.
