WE HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING THE PACKAGE BECAUSE THE LETTER CARRIER AFTER LEAVING A SATURDAY MORNING NOTICE IN THE MAILBOX GAVE 10 DAYS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE. PURTTROPPO PERO 'IN THOSE 10 DAYS I WAS PERSONALLY ABSENT AND I ADOVUTO MAKE PROXY TO MY BROTHER WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE POST OFFICES OF PIETRASANTALU COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ... SO HE WENT TO THE POST OFFICES OF MARINA DI PIETRASANTA AND AFTER AN ODYSSEY SIONO MANAGED TO FIND THE PACKAGE. SO THE NEGATIVE SCORE LIES IN THE SHIPMENT DEFINITELY TOO SLOW AND CLEARLY IN THE ITALIAN POST OFFICE TO BE DISCOURAGED. Despite availability of quite high postage costs and a promise of 4-7 days delivery time, the goods only arrived after 22 days! Tracking was not possible despite the tracking number. When asked, they said that the selected shipping method takes a long time by default. Why don't they just write that it takes 4-30 days? The customer is deliberately being taken for a ride... The customer is being taken for a ride with the 4-7 information! *shakes head* And: if a product is available, it should also be in stock. Otherwise you can't dispose of it.... If available meant that the item existed in the world, the designation would be useless in an online store.
