It's simple and the parcel arrived safely. A little slow for my taste (6 days) but with tracking and no worries. The quality of the model castings is poor, but that's Airfix's fault, not 1001 maquettes's -) Cd

Long turnaround on getting product. I think there is a scam going on. Leave it to the dirty francois. Go figure. Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that�s worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That�s like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.
