Ever since I found this site on the Internet, I've been ordering from it regularly, and to this day I've never been disappointed. I placed an order 10 days ago and still my package has not arrived and I have not been notified when I was going to receive it and I had to be the one who has had to get in touch and I still do not have it at home. I think it was MRW's problem but I don't care I should be informed by the two companies.

The package arrived within 7 days. In good condition although the protective box was a bit dented but we know that couriers are not known for their delicacy in handling packages. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

1st order on this site and most certainly the last! Minimalist communication, very long shipping time and lousy package! The miniature was in its box and in a rather large carton without any protection! unacceptable when you know how parcels are sent to the post office! Luckily there was no breakage, but it's the 1st time I've seen a professional seller do this!

It is true the supposed large stockage but it does not correspond then the delay in confirming the stock and then the long waiting period to receive the order. To date I have not received anything and no tracking number is provided for the package.

Order placed quickly. Perhaps the delivery time could be shortened when the order is in stock. On the other hand, shipping is expensive (at least for a deco board).

I purchase and pay for an item on 24-11-2013 the shipment is made on 3-12-2013 because they tell me on 28-11-2013 that the material is not physically present in the warehouse in the same communication they say that I will receive the package within three days having chosen the option """parcel celere 3"" but on 7-12-2013 a new message arrives saying that the delivery days have magically increased to 57. I receive the item on 10-12-2013 (16 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT) In an envelope with bubble wrap the item is fragile and in fact opening the envelope it is slightly damaged ( in a recoverable way thankfully) I don't want to lengthen the time any longer and decide to keep the item as is. In summary it was my worst buying experience in over 10 years of online shopping around the world.

For an amateur and a first order, it's necessary to find out as much as possible, but thanks to the starter kit and a search for matching products by brand and scale, I found what I was looking for. My son and I will be delighted at Christmas. The products are well protected for transport and delivery is fast and on time.

I recently made my first purchase here. All the back and forth (bank transfer etc. unfortunately no direct debit) made it take a while. But above all, I was delighted to find what I was looking for here in the accessories section! It may well take 2 days longer. Especially for model airplane builders, I would highly recommend this shop as the best in this genre!
