By subscribing to Colissimo plus 2 € I had to receive the package within 7 days instead of 14 days. I received it after 10 days. I therefore missed my son's birthday by leaving on the basis of your time commitment, without which I would have made other purchasing arrangements. I recently made my first purchase here. All the back and forth (bank transfer etc. unfortunately no direct debit) made it take a while. But above all, I was delighted to find what I was looking for here in the accessories section! It may well take 2 days longer. Especially for model airplane builders, I would highly recommend this shop as the best in this genre!

I received my last order for ten pots of paint. Unfortunately 2 pots of gloss paint had been replaced by 2 pots of matte (same colors). I sent an e-mail to complain and immediately received a reply saying that 1001 maquettes was sending me the right pots of paint, which I received very quickly. --Very efficient service, because anyone can make a mistake!
