Deadlines respected, products conform but packaging not very protective of the products inside the box.

Product conforms and is great... 2 months of waiting that somewhat spoil the pleasure but it was a novelty so not surprising. Very satisfied nonetheless.

Products meet my expectations, correct prices. Delivery times a bit longer than announced but without any consequence other than a little frustration.

Very satisfied with my order; the pops are perfect, carefully packaged. A small downside regarding the processing of the order which took a bit longer, but the delay was very reasonable. I recommend!

It takes too long to arrive, they say one day, then it arrives after two weeks when it was supposed to arrive in five days.

I regret receiving a package that was opened, torn and several model boxes were crushed. After checking, no issues with the models. It's not 1001hobbies' fault but it's not normal!

I had no problems with the order. The puzzles were perfect but I did have problems with the carrier. He is very unprofessional, I did not receive the package at my home as the seller assured and it arrived a week after it was at the carrier's warehouse.

Order on June 30, all items in stock... the package arrives 3 weeks later, without having received any notice of delay or other message giving an estimated delivery time. So after my departure on vacation! Lack of transparency regarding logistics issues.

Items marked as in stock, "ships today", weren't. Item search is far from exact. Typing in an exact item name or product number only pulls up an entire category of product. Finding a specific item still required searching multiple web pages. After submitting an order, it took two weeks to ship first order and four days to ship second. The posted order information on the website didn't (and still doesn't) fully match what was shipped. Both order information and invoice are incorrect. Of the four locations on the website to show order status, only one was ever accurate. Though my orders had been shipped, days later the order status still showed "Preparing". No tracking information was ever made available on the site. Required email requests to customer service to be provided with shipment tracking information. First order arrived with package unsealed on both ends of the box. Luckily, no items were damaged or missing -- yet what is the logic in shipping an unsealed container -- even when it's a folded closed cardboard box -- internationally. On a positive note, I appreciate receiving the items I needed and having an easy ordering process. The online experience after submitting an order was very rough.

As always everything is correct although slow

Postage/delivery charge was high. Hadn't realised decals would be comimg from France

Don't care for the 3D models, hard to separate the pieces from the base without snapping the piece or leaving a clump on the bottom of each piece from the mold base.

They didn't cancel an order with all the imaginable excuses (I was on time to do it! material shippable in 1 week but it wasn't so) for 40 euros of material they lost face, reliability and the customer

Serious company, precise, provides all the necessary information, follows the shipment of its goods and is very professional. The only downside is the prices, which are slightly high compared to the average.

Products as ordered, delivery time of almost a month is too long and shipping costs of over 8 euros for a mailbox package are way too high.
