Well-managed site. very interesting choice of products. Problems with lead times for suppliers who are not in stock, blocking delivery of other supplies that may be urgently needed; suggestion to decouple the two more quickly than at present, even if it means having to pay extra for delivery if we are warned. Overall satisfied with the quality of the products.

You continue to list items for sale on your website you do not have in stock. This causes delays with the rest of the order while you wait weeks for an item to come from your supplier. You need to either NOT LIST the item, ship what you do have in stock and follow-up with the rest of the order what the out of stock item, or refund the customer's money(NO VOUCHER) for the out of stock item.

I was impressed with the the service on fulfillment, shipping and receipt. It arrived faster from France than domestic orders in the US. Kudos to 1001 Hobbies. The downside was the cost of the shipping. Obviously it costs more to ship from Paris to the west coast of the US than inside the continental U.S. Otherwise first rate experience.

Hello, I'm a bit disappointed because one of the two items I had ordered was theoretically available, but in the end it wasn't. I think this is a pity, but I don't hold your company too harshly to account, as this kind of inconvenience can happen anywhere. I would probably recommend other items if the opportunity arose, and I think your company is serious, as it informs customers of the status of their order and answers the e-mails sent to them.

If all goes well, the products you've ordered will arrive at your door. If the slightest grain of sand gets in the way, well, you'll just have to be patient! The "customer service" is completely useless. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this box supplier.
