Placed two orders which they did not... Placed two orders which they did not combine postage, one order took ages to be delivered, the second was lost. They did replace the lost order, but overall postage took too long, so I won't be using them again.

I had a problem with delivery wrong material then after verification they sent me part of the order and the rest refunded with a voucher. Well I am satisfied for the seriousness is not everyone recognize the 'mistake and repair.

Lots of model aircraft to choose from at the 172nd, but sometimes you have to wait at least 2 weeks to receive your parcel if the model is not indicated as being""in stock"" at the time of ordering, but indicated as""delivery within 7 days"" or longer.

Hello. Everything went well from order to delivery. However, I am not satisfied with the assembly instructions, as some existing parts are not listed. There are no instructions for the front mast. it's all well and good to offer special offers, but you have to take the competition into account. in principle, that's what drives everyone forward, knowing how to compete on much more than just the products you sell. that's the golden rule, especially as you're pretty well supplied in terms of products !!!! The negative comments regarding shipping coming from the US I don't think are fair. We are in the middle of a pandemic as we all know and I know businesses are doing the best they can. They also can't control the shipping speed. We need to understand that all falls on the courier's. Anyway I placed my order and checked on it periodically and it kept updating until it shipped. Once it did I got tracking and my order came in very quickly. It's worth noting that it was with normal shipping speed also. I would gladly order from these people again. I can only speak from my experience and it was excellent! Thank you again 1001 Modelkits!
