I am half satisfied. I did receive my order even though it took time. However, who decided to stick a label on the Tamiya paint pots? Great, now we have a color hat and no longer the label with the reference. Just because the color is visible doesn't mean it's not a specific reference that doesn't dilute like another.... Really, I find this completely useless. It ruins my shopping experience!

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue, which has been a long-standing problem with our Tamiya paint supplier. For years, we have been asking them to reposition the labels so that the paint number is visible, allowing you to easily distinguish between two shades of gray or white. Unfortunately, they insist that this label is mandatory and complies with CE standards to be sold in France.
We fully understand the difficulties caused by this labeling arrangement, and we are sincerely sorry.

It's a shame to add a self-adhesive label to the paint cans, because you can't see the original reference number. I'm sure it's a translation obligation, but it's written so small that it's illegible. So it's useless.

Package was flimsy and not up to the task, one of the bottles of paint had damage to the cap, thankfully it did not spill or the whole contents of the order would have been destroyed. I had to be transferred to another bottle immediately. Also, the whole order was about 10 days later than first notified.

Very satisfied. Although it was my first order, I was provided with answers to my questions by customer service during the delivery period. My fears that there might be problems with my bank transfer (without Paypal) to a French bank did not materialize. The delivery (delivery tracking) and the goods (condition) arrived without any problems.

Ordered a Gunpla model. They have quite a few in the store but a lot of them are actually in backorder meaning you've no idea when you'll get them. Keep in mind that this store is based in France so shipping to the Netherlands was quite a bit more expensive. Otherwise the actual delivery was fine. My item took three workdays to arrive.
All and all not really a remarkable experience. I'd only recommend them for Gunpla kits that aren't available anywhere else and that they have in actual stock.
