I ordered a product which I later found out had to be sourced from elsewhere so there was a delay. I did receive the goods in due course. However, my biggest gripe was the lack of and poor communication throughout. Otherwise ok.

Very satisfied with the first rate quality of my purchases which were mostly detail kits for the Tamiya P-38 I�m building. These pieces really enhance the kit building. I�m in the United States so I have to anticipate the shipping times but I know that up front. Seems to have anything a modeler could possibly need so I will definitely buy from again for the Sherman tank and Wildcat kits I�m building next.

I give HOBBIES 4 stars but zero for the model I received. I thought I was getting a French-made plane but it's Czech-made. It's impossible to cut the small parts that are welded to the sprue, and there's no glue to stick them together! You have to use a saw to separate them. The molding is disastrous: the plastic is very bad.

You pay for shipping with DPD more than normal and then you get a mail that your package is handled by B-post Everything was on time but too high distribution costs why not directly B-post Also no choice of shipping: why no possibility to have something delivered later with lower shipping costs not everything has to be available tomorrow A review is nonsense if there is no response I'll wait a bit Greetings Werner

Hello I'm satisfied with 1001's service, speed and quality of packaging. It's the first time I've used a paint for plastic, and I found it lacked adhesion on a previously painted surface. It dries too quickly and doesn't appreciate repeats, and the tension isn't respected.
