Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. The Company communicates in incorrect Italian. The expected delivery date was exceeded. Without my request I was notified immediately that the order was completed. From subsequent emails the order was actually completed more than a week later and subsequent to my reminder. This does not engender a climate of trust. The online tracking on the site is not useful as it has only a few possible statuses and does not clarify the status of the order. I did not give three stars because in the end the product arrived to me and is what I ordered. But the information to the Customer is severely lacking.
