The delivery was weeks later than indicated when ordering I had to contact them myself to suggest splitting my delivery into the items that were in stock and those that had not yet been delivered by the supplier In the end, everything took so long that I did indeed receive the delivery in two packages on the same day :-(

I have changed my mind following the sudden release of my order, which was finally processed and delivered in 7 days after 15 days without any news. In conclusion, the debit is immediate but the tracking of the order needs to be reviewed as I still had to contact the store again for my order to be unblocked. The parcel is clean

op 6 april gekocht en betaald 24 april verzonden volgens 1001 modelkits 7 mei 1e keer gevraagd. antwoord is onderweg maar kan tot 15 dagen duren 20 mei 2e keer gevraagd. antwoord zelfde tekst maar nu 6-8 weken (tja dat verdomde corona) 25 mei er komt een oplossing???? 23 juni is het pakketje er nog niet. en in verdere sprookjes geloof ik niet. I am awarding 4 stars because the advertisement leads one to believe you are a UK based company and it was only when I was advised by Hermes that they had a parcel from B2C Europe and upon subsequent delivery that I realised you were based outside UK. That in itself is not a problem, I am happy to deal with companies outside UK, it was just not expected. Apart from that excellent, kits were as ordered and dispatched promptly but delivery was longer than I expected as I thought you was UK based, but was ok considering you are not UK based..

Due to Covid19 there was a malfunction in terms of stock transport communication.... At first it was a disaster! Ending with a cancellation and reimbursement of the order? But after a couple of phone calls and getting organized in response to Covid19 there is no more complaint.
