16 januari een spel besteld via 1001 modelbouw. Hij kwam pas een maand later eindelijk binnen en toen bleek ineens dat ze een Franstalig spel hebben verstuurd en dat verwacht je niet van een .nl website. Er stond ook niet bij het product vermeld dat het Franstalig was ipv Engelstalig. Na contact met 1001hobbies (het moederbedrijf) krijg ik 5% korting en het Engels instructieboekje over de mail. Maar het spel is helemaal niet speelbaar want de kaartjes zijn in het frans. En nu moet het dus retour naar Frankrijk gestuurd worden en dat is ook niet goedkoop. Geen aanrader dus!

A parcel was sent to Mondial Relay on the 32 and apparently lost! I notified you on the 7th and received a correctly worded notice of an investigation. Since we are on the 18th I wonder if I have to wait much longer for the result of this investigation I get an answer probably at the""investigation in progress""!!! As this is not a lost Rolls, I don't understand this option. It disappoints me because I recommended you to friends for your reliability. Problems with the paint After buying a model, I bought a pack that didn't correspond to the model and was recommended by 10001 maquettes. So, with the correspondence table, I bought the right colors from Humbrol, but they're not Acrylics. Why doesn't 10001 maquette make packs according to the models or why can't we find heller Revel Humbrol paint kits?

I'm very disappointed with the manufacturer, Mantua, of the Kon Tiki raft model, because the assembly instructions are so inadequate. The instructions provided lack far too many details and precisions for optimal construction. I therefore blame 1001 Hobbies for failing to ensure the quality of the product it sells. Pascal VERROLLES

You guys are the best! I ordered the incorrect product and the address they had on file was not correct as I moved and didn't provide the updated info They ended up sending me another correct product and didn't charge me for it!! That is almost unheard of and shows great service. While I look for items here in the US I will contact 1001 Modelkits first before anyone else. Awesome service
