It seems to me that everything I ordered is fine and arrived without problems. What I found is that it took a long time in my case was with postage paid and it took a long week today it seems a long time but otherwise everything OK improving this would have another star.

Product shows as in stock I place an order pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.
