You should check order status and take action before the customer does. After 2 weeks after payment, order confirmation was still missing. After the reminder however the order was processed and arrived correctly.

It was not really clear to me that the item I ordered (warlord starter set) was not in stock and that I ordered it not in the Netherlands but in France, so it took longer than expected. Items were delivered well in the end.

If the paints are original, if the prices are attractive, the additional re-labeling of the original labeling is no more than brilliant, masking the jar references and colors so that you no longer know what you're dealing with. Zero points

I think you guys did a great job in timely delivery despite being international shipment. But the only problem is the "humbrol enamel thinner" was leaking 90% of it is leaked out because I am guessing customs guys opened it and didn't close the lid properly. But I am ok having that 10% left. At least my daughter's painting project continued without any impediments.
