But, they have had out of productions kits I have been unable to source anywhere else. I can accept the wait. Of the two kits I purchased, both large, and both shipped transatlantic, one was packed beautifully, the other not particularly well, resulting in the manufacturer's box seal breaking in transit and slight crushing damage to the box. The kit was complete and undamaged. Both kits came with faded box art - so if I was buying to build, my experience was excellent. If I was buying to collect, I would have been less happy.

Order placed on 17042019. Worried about the time spent on 25042019 I decided to contact the website chat. So you need to know that for example: 4 copies available does not mean that there are 4 copies in stock but rather 4 copies available from the 1001 Maquettes supplier. The delay in delivery (non-preparation of the order) is that a model is in restocking (whereas on the site it is available in 2 copies) approximately 2 days later the parcel is prepared and dispatched. No compensation, no discount, no coupon ... in short, no commercial gesture. I'm a bit disappointed by the confusing way the site is managed. We'll see how it goes ... Further to your reply to my review: I'm not going back on the shipping time. But as soon as you validate your order"". For me, but I could be wrong, the validation of the order is dated 170419 (date of credit card collection) and therefore from 170419 to 020519 does not correspond to the 5 to 7 working days of shipping time as you pointed out to me.
