I find it very good that I could also pay by bank transfer! Because I am not in possession of a credit card! Also with Pay Pal payments the number of a credit card is required! Although I live abroad (Netherlands) the figures were delivered to me within a limited time after payment!

I easily found what I wanted and took the opportunity to see what I might be interested in next. The only drawback is that Mondial Relay doesn't always communicate about parcel delivery: I'm still waiting for the message telling me that my parcel has been delivered.

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I sent an e-mail and was asked to send a photo. Which I didn't do, since a photo can be faked (by not photographing the missing part, for example ^^). That's why I was wondering about the special offers on 1001 maquettes: Have the promotional items already been opened as after-sales service ^^ and unscrupulously put back on sale without informing the customer that the item has been opened and may be missing parts? I hesitate to recommend you...

I had a lot of trouble tracking the package because after opening an account with you I was told that I hadn't placed any orders every time I went to the "My orders" section, even though paypal had acknowledged receipt of my purchase and cashed the money. Impossible to contact you on the support phone and it was only after 2 emails that I heard from you - customer relations need to be improved. Otherwise the parcel arrived in good condition and in the right place.

First try with this company. I was able to get a kit I'd been wanting for some time, which was excellent. The site was easy to use, until I got to the credit card details, with the on-line form being entirely in French. I did figure it out but was then informed there was a problem with my payment. I tried the helpline, but the recorded message was also in French, which I couldn't understand. I sent an E-mail, to which I did get an English reply. The delivery took about 2 weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy. I would definitely use them again, however.

The parcel was sent more than 4-5 days after the order but the fast tracked delivery is really great.

I asked for orange brillant email but received aqua color. I sent a message to report it but no response. dom

waiting 3 weeks for a sticker page is a bit long. moreover, they send me an sms to inform me that the parcel has been shipped and that an sms will follow with the reference for tracking, but I haven't received anything, so I had to contact you to get it. as for the rest, the packaging and the product are fine.

A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

I had a few problems with delivery, but customer service was very responsive and sympathetic in finding a solution. I was supposed to receive one model for Christmas and the other when I got it, which was what they suggested so that I wouldn't end up with nothing under the tree, but in the end everything was received, much to my delight. Even so, delivery took longer than announced at the time.

10 days to ship my order. I received a bunch of emails from them, one missing a product, one not validating my order even though I had been charged. I had to call them to clear things up, and after 15 days, when I received my order, I was disappointed because the boxes weren't in good condition. 15 days of receiving emails every day for nothing, duplicates and triplicates... Basically a
