first order a product is not in stock although it was available for purchase. compensation of a purchase voucher. second order with an equivalent product but which obliges to buy a model. The order is validated (after contact?). But the post office misdirected the parcel and I'm on hold. I hope this adventure ends well.

I received my order but my REVELL plasto tube was chewed up and damaged in transit, which is a shame as it would have been wedged or stuck to the wall of the car.

In my humble opinion, it would be wise to specify that orders said to be dispatched in 24 are actually made in 24, i.e. the next day. Like placed on Sunday. Shipped on Tuesday and not Monday, which is a shame. The after-sales service was very responsive to my emails, although I didn't get an answer to one of my questions. The parcel was in good condition, but there was 0 protection for the small items. After that, there's no risk unless the parcel is ripped open.

Hello I wanted to leave my opinion about this company. For starters they are liars and mislead customers and as a student in the economic branch I don't know how they are still in business. In some items po""shipping in 24 hours""...my items took 15 days to be sent!!!! Another thing was the shipping of your company (DHL) took 7 days which is not so bad that's why I put 2 stars instead of one. Now the most important thing when I received the package I was missing 7 PAINTINGS for a value greater than 11€ osea WHAT!? Amig@s this is a warning this company takes quite a long time to send the products and there is a possibility that some items may MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR.

The choice is excellent, even if the search engine can be improved. Beware, however, of delivery times that sometimes go awry.

I bought a Fieseler Storch in 1/32nd scale at a great price and the product is also first class. There is nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, however, I only received my tracking number after some time despite the fact that the goods had supposedly already been dispatched a few days ago (according to the system). Good product, as requested. It would have been nice to have some bubble wrap to protect the paint but overall it's well packaged. It's a pity I couldn't cancel an order that hadn't been shipped yet (I had forgotten 2 items and had to pay shipping costs again).
