This was explained in an email they returned upon my query. It took 4.5 weeks to get the item but was well worth the wait considering it cost me 1/2 as much. I would use them again.

The order was placed at the end of September and the product was delivered only after 22 days but the delivery charges did not change! Impossible to get them on the phone or by internet, I received the same answer three times, simply copied and pasted. Finally the product arrived well packed, nothing to say. I have the impression that they don't have enough stock but consequently they shouldn't charge for deliveries.
