Already had problems with the site once, the last order went smoothly for the most part, but what definitely needs to be improved is the communication for pre-order items. Last time the pre-order was not displayed, this time it was postponed without feedback. The postponement is not the problem, but the lack of notification that items will now arrive a month later.
