I think it's a shame that a certain amount is required to use the coupons. I think it's a way of pushing customers to spend more before they can use the coupons. For my part, I think it's more normal to be able to use coupons at any time.

Part from it take a good while & leaving me thinking the order wasn't even coming at this point & the box somewhat almost being burst open that it was shipped in, it was as good as can be. In the end I did get my package, so can't be that much more upset/too upset!!

Great selection of items I've been looking for at fair prices but shipping seems to take an excessive amount of time and my last order took several weeks before I even received notification that the item was shipped.

In terms of ordering, there's nothing to complain about. However, in terms of ergonomics, one possible improvement would be to make it easier to navigate through the various categories. For example, if you want to find a can of Tamiya paint, you'll have to use the search engine, so I'm only giving it 4 stars, to leave room for improvement :-)

No complaints. Very careful packaging and I was even able to add a product even though my order had already been placed. Very efficient after-sales service.
Rather complete site with lots of choice. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I find the product information sheets almost non-existent and lacking in information.
