First order, fast delivery.

Order placed, OK more than a month later no news of the bag ordered kaoprends that the deadlines are hyper long etc it was not expected I was told to wait I ask for a refund never arrived I received the bag 4 days after foutage of geulle welcome

The shipment did not meet the advertised delivery time, which indicated being in stock and shipping within 24 hours. On the other hand, it is true that the customer service was good. Once the product was in stock, the whole process from shipping to reception was very good and perfectly informed.

For the items of my interest there is a large assortment but several are sold out and there is no telling when they will arrive. Many there is no photo . Some difficulty in some items to understand the scale.Answers to questions not fast.

The search function is limited, difficult to find WW1 aircraft, for example.

If on the whole everything is going pretty well, on the other hand for what is refunding (following your failure) the delay is much long"2 months" greetings

I was overall very pleased with the shopping experience. The website was easy to navigate and all the information I needed to find and purchase the gift I was looking for was readily available. The price was very fair and 1001hobbies provided great service in terms of sending alerts on the process of filling and shipping my order, all the way through delivery to my door.
The one issue that could and should be improved is packaging for shipping. The corrugated cardboard carton used was particularly light and not very stiff. One side got partly crunched durung transit. And, there wasn’t much protective wrapping inside either - just a bit of folded paper that didn’t fill the space or provide any cushion for the item. So the kit’s box itself was a little bent and creased when it arrived, from the damage to the outer carton.
It really could have been better wrapped usung bubblewrap or air pillow packs, especially given how thin the outer shipping carton was.

I wish they would have shown on their site which country they were located in. I would not have ordered had I know they were outside the USA. I figure it took twice as long to get my item, and had I had an issue with it I would not have attempted to send it back to some overseas address. I guess live and learn..

Improve prior information on the product for sale. The rest of the service is satisfactory.

Phone can be manned goods better check if it is not damaged and or correct order, respond to mail earlier and faster

good quality item except some which are advertised in metal and which are in plastic !!!!!! this should not happen, otherwise processing a little long.

Good service. The products were sent wrapped simply in bubble wrap, so the products are fully visible. I think it could be improved by putting them in a box, ben that no breakage was made on the products.

I received my order quickly, and I am very satisfied. For the future I hope that nothing changes.

The ordering process was easy. Was kept informed as to when the book was shipping/shipped. Down side was the tracking info did not give a eta for delivery. Was notified that but was delivered when in fact it was the next day it
