Very confusing information with the shipment I don't know how I can track it, it hasn't arrived yet but I hope it will ^^

The delivery was very good

The only issue I have with this company is the web site’s search engine is difficult to use and refine to what I’m looking for.
Example: when I want to see all details and accessories for a 1/32 scale P47, that is all I want to see, not all 1/32 scale details and accessories.

What I bought has arrived, but my two orders were placed on the same day, they brought them to me together but they counted the shipment twice. I complained about it but they did not pay attention to me.

Everything was well organized, only drawback is that all communication was in French, a drawback for me

Fast and efficient

A few errors concerning delivery, the proposal of relay points on the site or the parcel is not accepted, moreover in the first parcel there were not all the items ordered, however the people we call in the event of problems are very attentive and are not dishonest.

Very long waiting time for the product! However, it's still very good quality and I might order from them again in the future.

Communication, shipping time and packaging were fine. Content not so much.

When ordering it was not indicated that it would take time to arrive ...recu le 24 décembrez !!! That's hot for christmas presents. And when I e-mailed to find out why, I was told only that some items would take a long time to arrive ... without offering to send the ones that were in stock. The result was a lot of stress for me, which I wanted to avoid in the first place!

However, allow me to point out a few problems, namely the impossibility of reaching you by telephone (it was just before the holidays, so that explains it). which prevents us from ordering small quantities, i.e. a renewal of paint pots or a spray paint, but above all, don't put the labels on the reference of the pot, we don't know which color it is and we have to peel off the label and make a new one for each pot, otherwise I'd order from you again, because you're still very professional, and that's the main thing!

I've been waiting 15 days (I still haven't received the parcel), even though I placed the order on site and there's talk of a transfer between their warehouse in the Paris region and their store in Paris. Otherwise, the team is very pleasant and attentive, just the question of delivery times.

Quality is good only it takes very long for the order to arrive

I received the parcel with a very nice gift wrapping and the product was identical to the description. What's more, delivery was quick, so I'm very satisfied. The only downside is that I had asked to leave a note but there was no note either on the packaging or in the gift. But otherwise I recommend it!

I tried to order something that they were supposed to have on the web but after waiting and waiting, it did not arrive. I was finally able to cancel the order and got my money back in full.

On 26/11 I ordered a product indicated as being the last in stock. The order was validated and the amount debited. On 06/12 I received an email informing me that I would be reimbursed. The same day I received an automatic tracking email telling me that the package was awaiting preparation. On 09/12 I received a message informing me that I had been reimbursed. On 13/12 I receive another automatic message indicating that the parcel is awaiting preparation. I contacted customer service who confirmed that the order had been cancelled and that I should ignore the other messages. On the website, the order remains in progress for several days. I was indeed reimbursed. On 14/12 I tried to contact 1001 hobbies on the telephone number given. No one picked up and an automatic message said they were closed, without specifying opening hours. In the middle of the Christmas season for a hard-to-find product, such inaccuracies in follow-up communication don't necessarily make you want to place another order. Significant progress still needs to be made in terms of customer relations.
