I had to wait far too long (almost a month) for my order to be dispatched, even though the product was supposed to be in stock (marked as available)... What's more, the prices weren't very competitive. The main advantage of this site is the wide range of products on offer, which you can't necessarily find elsewhere.

I bought a Mercedes Actros 6x4 1/14 from tamiya for the price so good that I had and above acian me a discount of 5 € for my first purchase, it is true that I had doubts since I called by phone to clarify some doubts I had, but to no avail, because the response of lady lacked sense, still decided to buy. The next day I decided to read the negative reviews, I entered the panic, I was very afraid in the state in which I would arrive and that would be.
Finally the package arrived, it was well packaged, no bumps or deformations, the product was exactly what I ordered. I am satisfied and happy with the purchase in 1001 Hobbies, they also inform you by mail the status of your order, they give you a discount of 5 € for your first purchase and have good prices, what more can I ask for? I have removed a star for the woman who attended me on the phone although she was nice she does not have much idea of what is sold, otherwise everything perfect, has if 1001 hobbies will be the first site that I will take into account to buy.

When I opened the box and checked it over, I noticed that a few small parts were missing because they were broken, especially the throttle control, which is admittedly small, and also that some parts were broken when attached to the frame, which was a shame!

I ordered two pots of model paint, one of which was fine, but the other contained paint with a strange texture that was impossible to mix, resulting in a lumpy, non-flowing mass that could not be used.

navigation difficult and not intuitive, everything else ok!

After having suffered a confusion with the order placed, the company was willing to give me a solution to my choice between two different proposals, in the end it was solved satisfactorily at no cost and without any added inconvenience, Thank you.

In general, the price is not very competitive. It could be a little more expensive than in other places.

I recommend this site for model making, beautiful products and fast delivery. The only downside is that free delivery used to be to the home, but now it's to a relay point, and the threshold has increased for it to apply.

I think it is a good place to buy, my first experience has had some problems but I think they were exceptional and quickly solved when I reported the problem.

Site reasonably easy to use so no issues there. An interesting variety of stuff but on a specific mission which was accomplished.
Only grumble was that the product was sourced from overseas and not .uk as the site hinted at. The service and updates for delivery were good so again, little to moan about!

Unfortunately very late delivery , after calling customer service they tell me they had not been restocked and could not ship it to me on time . Ok however at least they could have warned with an email about the delay . When they sent it to me it arrived quickly , I hope it does not happen to others .

My order was delivered quickly and correctly. Very good, but having to pay TWO shipping costs! 1 for delivery to your premises in Paris PLUS 1 for home delivery ... I find this a bit excessive.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email and had to chase for it. Products did arrive but there was an error with it. Asked for a refund and it was one. I would use them again bearing in mind these issues.0

Waiting time not specified on site. No information on the follow-up which had to be the subject of a phone call on my part. Product arrived in my BL...unexpected! A pleasant surprise! Beautiful model.

In the case of my last order I would say that I got it fairly quickly. About the navigation I find it not very easymaybe I am wrong in using it. Certainly there is a large assortment.

Smooth and easy

The items I chose are of good quality, although I was a little disappointed with one of the pieces, as I thought it was a medium size, but it turned out to be a small one. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I hesitated to give it 5 stars because I like the site, the products (easy model) and the value for money. Delivery is generally not very fast (at least a week), which is why I gave it one less star.

Order received on time

I forcibly purchased the same model the Red Brown's Fokker triplane because it was mistakenly presented to me in 1.24 scale.Qyandi the package arrived I found it a 1.32 scale.Sato that I work on 1.24 I had to get another model and make sure it arrived in the required scale.This was not how I voke it.

Long waiting time to receive the product, however, it was received with the necessary care to receive it in perfect condition.
