I received the whole thing but in the assembly box of the model airplane I found the decals partly compromised i.e. they were used and then put back in the plastic package maybe it is not up to you but I think it is detrimental to your image

I understand that I placed the order a little before Christmas, you had problems with the funko, I think you didn't have it in stock or you had a problem with a supplier. All fine with order and delivery. You do have to wait a while to get it. One product I ordered was out of stock and then you get a vocher? Really very weird, never experienced that with other sites. You just get your money back. First of all I have to create an account to use that voucher because if possible I charge as a guest and secondly I don't know when I will order something from 1001hobbies again. So that mail I had about that voucher keeps disappearing down in my mail folder with the result maybe that it gets forgotten. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.

Hello I have received part of my order, much earlier than expected, in very good conditions, cardboard well made no damage to my figurines, and a modial relay system very efficient. I hope to receive the missing goods very soon. One question though, when reenacting a battle, how do you go about finding figurines of dead or wounded soldiers? Thank you
