Ordering and shipping went really well. Everything arrived on time. It's not your fault, but I would have liked the packaging of the model car in the box to be much better. At first I thought the car was broken, but everything worked out fine. It would be nice if shipping was free, like it is on Amazon or other websites for orders over €29. Maybe you'll get there one day.

I wish they would have shown on their site which country they were located in. I would not have ordered had I know they were outside the USA. I figure it took twice as long to get my item, and had I had an issue with it I would not have attempted to send it back to some overseas address. I guess live and learn..

My order arrived on time and was what I ordered. The one problem I see is for international shipment, the French postal tracking number isn't helpful at all. I've ordered products from China, Ukraine and South Korea, and the tracking numbers eventually give the expected delivery for the US. Mine came on time, but if it were delayed you certainly would want to know where the last entry in the system was made.

I'm very satisfied with all the services. But as with every update of the site, the product search becomes complicated because the SQL queries are not correct. Example: the list of manufacturers from A to A instead of A to Z. Still not corrected!!!
