- On 1301 I placed an order with 2 items + 8 paints. 1st problem: one of the 2 items was unavailable and I had to contact the after-sales service to find out! By the way, it's not easy to find an e-mail address for complaints on the site (a phone number yes, an e-mail address no). - So on 1002 I received a partial parcel with 1 item + 8 paintings. 2nd problem: the item in the parcel wasn't the one I'd ordered! So I had to contact the after-sales service again to send back the wrong item. - On 1501 I received the parcel with the item that was unavailable. No problem. - So today (1802) I'm still waiting for the parcel with the right item. Summary: for a single order 3 parcels with a return, all spread over at least 6 weeks. I would find it hard to recommend your site, even if the after-sales people are reactive.

Twee weken geleden mij bestelling geplaatst alles zou binnen 24 uur verzonden worden volgens de website maar is pas na 11 dagen thuis bezorgd. Verzending zou een week na bestellen al zijn verstuurd achteraf blijkt dat ze vanuit Frankrijk verzenden en dat duurt ongeveer een week voor t in Nederland is.
