I bought a Fieseler Storch in 1/32nd scale at a great price and the product is also first class. There is nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, however, I only received my tracking number after some time despite the fact that the goods had supposedly already been dispatched a few days ago (according to the system). I had several queries and only received a reply to a single email, which also seemed rather automated. No one is available on their hotline (Berlin area code 030) at any time and they never called me back! So the communication is in serious need of improvement!!!

I buy very often onlined from Czechoslovakia for example within 1012 working days I have the goods......here since January 5 (order and payment date)they write to me that they are waiting for their supplier to deliver the kits I ordered:Other online stores have the stockand the sitealways updated. I don't doubt their good faithhave nice merchandise but ....when do I get the stuff?
