I searched for a long time for certain house kits in 1:87 and then found what I was looking for here. Ordering was easy and I was promptly informed about the status of my order. The entire purchase process (internet order, payment processing and delivery) went smoothly. Goods flawless. One small remark: The period between the order process and the payment reminder was a little too short, as times in between, such as vacations, bank transactions directly in the bank building - if you live outside, you don't necessarily go to the bank every day - should be taken into account. The will to pay is there.

Nothing to worry about I was initially worried that my order had been forgotten (it had been ""processing"" for almost ten days), but the item came in about 2 weeks, exactly as ordered. A400m Grizzly A large model that I haven't completed as yet. The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue. So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic.. Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

As far as the products are concerned, nothing to complain about. However, I had chosen express shipping (which cost me 15€ excessive more than the order itself) to have in any case a delivery after more than a week. Great company to deal with Bought some hard to find self adhesive photo etched accessories for a TA-4J Skyhawk in 1/48 scale. Parts are great and easy to work with and the company is easy to deal with. They communicate a lot with email and that is a plus for them. Some companies don't bother after a sale. They even sent a survey to make sure I was happy with the items. Try this company when you need anything for your models, they are great, fast and fair priced.

Horible shipping I ordered 3 bottles of polystyrene cement, it arrived on time but it was packaged poorly and one of the bottles developed a leak and covered all the bottles in the cement. Now i'm down one bottle, not happy.
