GLUE ALL OVER MOTHER""S TABLE, Won't be able to set down for week! I won't buy anymore that you must use glue on. Mom threw them away after I glued a piece of a plane to the table. I have to pay to get the table refinished.

Fast and correct delivery.

I've ordered from them several times and never had any delivery problems. The parcels are well packed and delivery times are respected. Nothing to say but

Excellent Products The models from 1001modelkits are excellent. The delivery was fine but you do have to take in consideration that some items ship from overseas. So the waiting period may be a few weeks. However, every model builder knows that it does take time to get items. My items actually came in a few days earlier than expected. That made me happy, happy, happy. They do have models that are hard to find. All this together makes it a great experience and I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

I ordered material on day 652014 on day 752014 I receive an e-mail that the package is readythen nothing.Meanwhile within a week I send 3 e-mails asking for information. No response. Whereupon I contact Paypal and open complaint. The day 1552014 arrives E-mail telling me that the package is ready (but it was not already 'a week before? and I tell him ...)) and that I will be 'sent shortly.The package arrives on 2052014 perfettoben packed and with all the contents directly from France.peccato really for the long time and for the bad communication with the customer (see the other negative reviews all focused same problems) because the store and 'well stocked and deserves. I hope this review will serve to improve (but a lot) this negative side.

The part about orders and deliveries is very good. I would improve the order catalog by also including the contents of the boxes and more photos for example some finished models or the drafts being made.

I was right to buy from 1001 maquettes I found exactly what I was looking for and the model (of the plane) is of very good quality and was very well packaged.

Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.
