The + : I received my order, the natural products The - : The delivery time was very long (25 days). As I had no news, I sent an email but the response time again was quite long (a week). In addition, I did not receive the promotional code linked to my order. I sent an email to report it, and for the moment, I'm still waiting for an answer (it's been 4 days). I had planned to order the samples and then order the eau de toilette I liked best using the coupon. In the end, since I didn't receive the coupon and the communication is very poor, I don't think I will order anything else. It's a shame because I like the products.

I find very expensive the 20 euros for 16 samples of cologne. I would also have liked a little attention from the 100bon team, in my envelope, a little card with a note. However, I found that the team had been very responsive to me when I told them of the non-receipt of my "package". A promising company that would perhaps deserve to be available at the point of sale (customer experience in the world of perfume ++ and possibility to smell the fragrances directly)

I'm very happy to have been able to send samples of perfumes. I'm very happy with the prices and the original perfumes. Strange..... continue to sell samples, it's a luxury because very rare to do so. Personally, I like oriental perfumes like patchouli, amber especially but I hate spices that often seem to go with them.

Hello I love their product. The customer service is lovely but... They don't keep their promise, which is why I went to them!!! Namely, most of the fragrances are not refillable. Especially the whole Detox range. Misleading advertising... I would have liked glass bottles at the very least in this case rather than plastic.

The possibility to refill online has been delayed, but the service will be available this end of October on our website. Fast delivery. The only drawback is that the delivery is (too) expensive for Belgium, especially since it is totally free in France. For this reason, I will not order anymore.
