However, due to a national strike (beyond our control), there were delays in the delivery of parcels. As some sorting centers do not work at weekends, deliveries resume on Monday and your parcel was made available to you on 23.01.2023. That's 2 working days after your order was dispatched. Concerning your first order, it was dispatched on Christmas Eve, December 24 and 25 being a weekend, delivery was resumed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. for nearly 2 years we have been very satisfied with both your products and the speed of delivery. There's just one small dilemma concerning the price calculation. Some products are more expensive at 20g (+5g free) than at 10g, and others are the opposite, but are the 5g free really so? Now your products are of better quality than many of the other sites I've tried, and their prices are among the lowest... you're going well beyond the "quality/price" balance for a "surplus" in quality.
