Our customer service department therefore returned your order on 26/03/2024 with an additional commercial gesture. This return was delivered to you within 48 hours, i.e. on schedule.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delivery problems encountered by Colissimo, and we always do our utmost to ensure that our customers receive their orders.
