During your interaction with our customer service department, you informed us of your dissatisfaction after receiving the Nina Limone variety containing "too many branches". However, as our customer service department was unable to respond favorably to your request for a refund, a reply from our customer service department was reported to you the same day. All varieties are made up of branches, which is why we put a few extra grams in each bag to compensate for this. It is therefore quite normal to find branches in your bags, as it is thanks to the branches that the buds (heads) remain whole. In order to best respond to your request and settle this dispute, our customer service department has asked you to send us a photo of the product you received, so that we can settle the dispute.
