We will use your feedback to improve and ensure this does not happen again. Following your comment, we have just checked with our customer service department. Following your order placed on November 27, 2021, you contacted us on November 30 to inform us that you had not received your parcel. Despite a delay in processing your request, we took care to reply to you on 05.11.2022 at 16:41. In our exchange, we explain the procedure to follow in order to close this incident with our carrier and thus proceed either with a new return of your order or possibly with a refund of the latter. To date, we have not received any returns from you. We have also contacted our colissimo carrier, who confirms that a request to open an investigation was indeed applied by our service on November 05, 2021. However, you have not taken any steps to dispute the delivery in order to close the incident. Our customer service department will contact colissimo to take the necessary steps on your behalf. Once this has been done, we will come back to you to inform you and proceed with your refund request. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the non-receipt of your order and would like to rectify the situation.
