Hello, We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused. During promotional periods, lead times can be longer than usual, depending on the volume of orders to be processed. This time, we had several thousand orders to prepare and send. Your YBUAJDKLX order was prepared and dispatched on the same day, Monday 31/10/2022. The Colissimo carrier collected the day's orders that same evening. The following day was a public holiday (Tuesday 01/11/2022), which further slowed down deliveries. Colissimo sometimes keeps orders "aside" and scans them later if there is a large volume to be processed. In fact, parcel tracking is activated as soon as the carrier scans the barcode in its warehouse (so you can follow the progress with your tracking number). According to the Colissimo tracking system, your parcel was delivered on Monday. Once again, we apologize for the longer-than-usual delivery time. However, we would like to inform you that the effects of CBD oil are felt from 20-40mg per day (for a daily intake). These dosages may vary from one person to another, depending on their weight, their body and their needs.
