My parcel arrived after I left on business and was opened I did not receive the quantity paid for and had to incur costs again to source elsewhere - very disappointed😡

Your package was picked up by our carrier on 31.05.2024. According to the colissimo tracking system, your package was delivered on 03.06.2024 (i.e. less than 48 hours - working days).
Please note that our carrier's delivery times apply from the moment your order has the status "dispatched" and not when it is validated (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For all orders validated before 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday, shipment will be made the same day. Orders validated after 2:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
In addition, delivery times with Colissimo are 48 hours.

Unfortunately the packaging was non-existent, in fact the product box was very damaged but not the bottle. What's more, there was no expiration date, although I believe this is compulsory. I received a reply from your services one year after opening. What if I open the bottle in a year's time? I don't recommend your site. It's up to you to give me objective answers. I can't evaluate the product as I haven't finished the previous one from another brand. Best regards

If your product is stored in a dry place, at room temperature and protected from light, it is still consumable as long as it has not been opened.
Once opened, we recommend keeping the product for one year, always in a dry place, at room temperature and protected from light.
We are always at your disposal should you have any questions concerning the consumption of the product or any other matter.
